Las Lomitas Road, in a CB-1 zone, requests a conditional use permit for an antenna co-location on an existing communication tower . Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.07.030H2d of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a non flush-mounted antenna to be co-located on an existing communication tower as a Type I conditional use in a CB-1 zone.(District 1)
