P21-07-023 GOLDER- E. GOLDER RANCH RD
Vicki Cox-Golder (applicant-Commscapes for Verizon Wireless), on property located at 3415 E Golder Ranch Rd, in the GR-1 zone, requests a conditional use permit for a communication tower/utility pole replacement. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.07.030H2d5 of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a communication tower/utility pole replacement meeting certain conditions as a Type I conditional use in the GR-1 zone. Kirk S & Luz E Trujillo, (applicant-Roger Carter), on property located at 15700 E Marsh Station Rd, in the RH zone, requests a conditional use permit for a water pumping and distribution station. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Sections 18.13.030B28 of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a water pumping and distribution station as a Type II conditional use in the RH zone. (District 4)
