Boards of Adjustment
Members
There are five Board of Adjustment members appointed from within the Supervisorial
District of the unincorporated areas of Pima County. Their job is to rule
on variances and interpretations of the Pima County Zoning Code and to approve
issuance of temporary use permits in accordance with the ARS Sec. 11-807
and Chapter 18.93, Sec. 18.101.050 of the zoning code.
